PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The Data will be collected, processed and archived by the Data Controller for the following purposes:

- response to information concerning the products;

LAWFULNESS OF THE TREATMENT

- the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is required;

In all other cases, the processing of data will take place within the limits of the consent given by the User.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

The personal data covered by this information can be freely provided by the User or collected automatically during the use of this Application (so-called usage data). Usage data means:

-IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the User for the use of this Application;

- time of requests;

-numeric code indicating the status of the response from the server (error, success)

-method used to forward requests to the server;

-Country of origin;

- time spent on each page by the visitor;

-itinerary followed in the navigation;

The user assumes responsibility for the personal data of third parties shared through this application, freeing the data controller from any liability towards third parties.

DATA STORAGE TIME

Personal data will be kept for as long as it is necessary for the legitimate purposes for which it was collected. Once this need has ceased, the data will still be kept for the fulfillment of the obligations that remain after the termination of the contract pursuant to art. 2220 of the Civil Code, but for this purpose the Data Controller will only keep the necessary data. In any case, the data will be deleted once 10 years have elapsed from the deadline for the necessary conservation, unless otherwise communicated.
